London springs these surprises on me quite often.

Being in the same anthology, having written variations on the same character/story, was actually beyond bizarre, in a good way. Did I really introduce you to Edwin Arlington Robinson?? It all feels long ago now and you're far more in touch with that world, obviously... I picked up those poems in a lovely little old volume from one of the used bookshops in Victoria, now sadly defunct, I think. I enjoyed them a lot at the time. I still have the book in my parents' house with all the others so I'll dip in when I go home for a visit soon...Clarissa Aykroydhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08571136118573329263noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-607719101484462692.post-7588810182979604402012-05-03T22:28:45.600+01:002012-05-03T22:28:45.600+01:00A nice post. I also seem to think you turned me on to Edwin Arlington Robinson, who's now a favorite of mine.

I also still get a kick out of discovering that we were in that same Lowder volume, and writing about the same character!Cory Rushtonnoreply@blogger.com
